Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Ms. Brand Boss. Please read this policy carefully before you purchase.
All sales are final. Every product sold on this site (the Social Media Launchpad eBook, the Complete Workbook, and any other guide, template, or download) is a digital product delivered instantly. Because digital products cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded, all purchases are non-refundable.
Why we do not offer refunds
Digital downloads are yours to keep the moment you buy them. Once a file has been delivered, we have no way to take it back, so we are not able to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
We still want you to be happy
If something goes wrong, we will always help. Reach out if:
- You were charged more than once, or charged in error.
- Your download link is not working or you did not receive your files.
- You bought the wrong product by mistake and have not yet downloaded it.
Email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will make it right, usually by re-sending your files, fixing access, or correcting a duplicate charge.

Our books and workbooks are educational resources. They share the exact frameworks we use, but they are not a guarantee of any specific result. Your outcomes depend on how you apply them. Individual results vary.
